  • Q. What do you charge for shipping and handling?
    A. We charge a flat fee of $8.95 for shipping to all 48 contiguous states, no matter how many pairs of shoes are in your order for retail customers. To streamline operations, we currently ONLY ship to 48 contiguous states where UPS ground can deliver. That means we don't ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

    Q. How do I pay for the products?
    A. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards. To streamline business processes, we no longer accept other forms of payment.

    Q. When will my credit card be charged?
    A. We only charge your credit card or claim your Paypal payment when we actually ship the products. If we are able to fulfill only part of your order, we'll ask you if you wish to accept partial shipment. If you do, we'll obviously only bill you the portion we ship.

    Q. Why does my single order sometimes come in multiple smaller packages?
    A. When you order multiple products from different brands in one order, if we don't have all of them in one place, your order will arrive in different packages, shipped directly from our manufacturers. Don't worry, your shipping cost will always be the same no matter how many packages you receive in one order.

    Q. Can I change or cancel my order after I already place the order?
    A. Yes you can. Just go to the Order Status check page, log in, and change the status of your order to Canceled-ByCust if the status is 'Ordered'. If your order has already been processed (the order status field will show a status other than 'Ordered', you can not change it.

    Q. Do you ship internationally?
    A. We did before, but we only do that in very special cases. For now, we only ship to 48 contiguous states. please let us know.

    Q. Do you charge sales tax?
    A. We are a California based company, so all orders shipped to a california address will be taxed at 8.25%. If you live in California, place an order that ships products outside of California, no sales tax will be charged. However, if you live outside California but place an order shipping products to a California address, there will be sales tax.

    Q. What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material?
    A. Patent, either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. Pu, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. Stretch, either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.

    Q. How do you convert a man's shoes size to a lady's shoes size?
    A. Shoes fit differently. Our best rule of thumb is a two-size increase. A man's 9 converts to a woman's 11. Please check our size conversion chart for more information.

    Q. How can I remove glue marks on the shoes?
    A. Use lighter fluid. Ordinary lighter fluid applied to a white rag will remover the glue. You can also use glue thinner which can be purchased from any shoe repair shop.

    Q. How can I clean a shoe in patent material that has been on display and collected dust?
    A. Use Patent Glow, which is one of the accessory items we sell. Do NOT use water or alcohol as they may rid the material of its shininess.

    Q. How can I change the battery in a light-up shoe?
    A. Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball of the foot touches, carefully remove the lighting mechanism, replace the old battery with the new one, place it back, and, using hair dresser, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back.
