Our garantee means that if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of doing business with Shoe Republic, you pay absolutely nothing.

The Fair Credit Billing Act declares that your credit card provider cannot hold you responsible for fraudulent charges in execess of $50.00. If your credit card provider does make you pay any of $50.00, Shoe Republic will help you cover the amount, up to $50.00 if the frault occurred. If you suspect fraudulent charges on your credit card, please contact your credit card provider immediately.

No Charge Until We Ship Policy

Shoe Republic will not charge your credit card or your claim your Paypal payment until we actually ship our products to you. In the case of partial order fulfillment, meaning if we don't have all of the shoes you order in stock, we will contact you if you would like to take partial shipment, and we will only charge you for the shoes we actually ship.

Forms of Payment

We currently accept major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express.

Shipping and Handling

We charge a flat fee of $8.95 for shipping to all 48 contiguous states, no matter how many pairs of shoes are in your order for retail customers. To streamline operations, we currently ONLY ship to 48 contiguous states where UPS can deliver. That means we don't ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

We ship our products discretely, with plain brown boxes or brown paper outside, and Shoe Republic or our supplier return labels inside.

Returns and Exchanges

We understand shoes purchased online don't always match your expectations. If you need to return the shoes to us, please do the following:

	1.	Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving the shoes.
	2.	Within 2 business days we'll review your request and issue the RAN.
	3.	Within 7 days after we email you the RAN, you must return the package with the filled RAN form.

Please note that all unauthorized returns will be refused, and no refunds will be issued. The returned item must be in its original condition with tags, packaging, and shoe box, and with no marks, or any sign of being worn or tried on before. The general rule of thumb is that if you will be unhappy receiving such an item when making a brand new purchase, we can't accept the return. Our total prices are already the lowest anywhere on the net, so please help us stay in business and continue to serve you by being considerate.
