Returns and Exchanges

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the shipping department sends you the wrong shoes. The returned item must be in its original condition with tags, packaging, and non-damaged shoe box, and with no marks, or any sign of being worn or tried on before. Always use an outside carton to send the shoes with the manufacturer's shoe box, or use strong brown paper to wrap / cover the whole shoe box. The general rule of thumb is that if you will be unhappy receiving such an item when making a brand new purchase, we can't accept the return. Damaged manufacturer's box will result in a $5.00 box fee. You must notify us via email (customerservice@ShoeRepublic.com) within 5 business days if you wish to make a return, or your return will be refused.



All returns must have RAN # written on the outside packaging of the returned shoes box. Please do the following:

	1.	Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 5 days of receiving the shoes.
	2.	Within 2 business days we'll review your request and issue the RAN. If under rare circumstances we send you the wrong shoes, we will have return labels sent to you for a not cost return.
	3.	Within 7 days after we email you the RAN, you must return the package with RAN # on our address line. Any packages received without RAN # on the address line will be returned to the sender. All refused shipments will result in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost.

You will need to send the shoes back to us at your own cost. Usually you will find that shipping via USPS to be the most economical. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. Please indicate how you would like your refund (store credit or in the original forms of payment). 15% restocking fees will be waived if you choose store credit.
